Payment
For goods delivered by courier service we require payment in full at the time of order by debit/credit card or by cheque (all cheques take 5 working days to clear before we can dispatch your order).
On all other products, you can pay in full or we can take a 20% deposit (which can be payable by cheque or debit/credit card). The outstanding balance will then be due on delivery to the driver by either debit/credit card, cash or bankers cheque.
VAT
Individuals purchasing disabled mobility products for their own personal use are usually exempt from paying VAT. We will require you to sign a simple declaration form that confirms you are eligible to receive goods at a VAT exempt price. Our prices are therefore shown exclusive of any VAT.
Warranty and Guarantee
All of our products come with a full 12 months' guarantee against faulty manufacture or materials. This warranty does not cover maintenance problems such as flat batteries, punctures and general wear and tear. In these instances a call out charge will usually apply.
Returns policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused "as new" state within 7 working days of delivery and receive a full refund, less delivery costs (maximum £95 charge in the UK). Collection can be arranged and will be chargeable at cost.
